30-Day Return Policy on Returnable Products
At Romina Couture, our goal is to make every customer feel happy and confident. Each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail, and we want you to love what you receive. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll do our best to make it right.
We offer a 30-day return policy on returnable products, counted from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- All tags, accessories, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
- The product must be returned in the same condition it was delivered.
If any of these conditions are not met upon inspection, we will not be able to issue a refund or accept the return. Please note that eligibility for return is also subject to Romina Couture’s Fair Use Policy.

All returns and refund requests are subject to Romina Couture’s Fair Use Policy. We encourage all customers to review this policy carefully before initiating a return. This ensures that our business remains fair, transparent, and protected from misuse or excessive return activity. The Fair Use Policy exists to protect both our company and our valued customers from unfair purchasing and returning behaviours.
Non-Refundable & Sale Items
- Custom-made, altered, or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale or discounted items are considered final sale and non-refundable.
- Gift cards are also sale and non-refundable.
Return Process
To start a return, please visit Request a Return section on our website and follow the steps provided. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you instructions for sending your package back.
Please note that returns are not free of charge for all regions.
- Customers within Canada and US are eligible for free return shipping.
- Customers from other international destinations are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- In all cases, if an original shipping cost was applied to your order, that shipping amount is non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, processing may take up to 10 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
- Customers within Canada and the United States may submit a return request directly through the Request a Return page if an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Customers outside these regions should first contact us through the Contact Us page, providing their order number and details of the issue. Our team will review the information and provide next steps for returning or replacing the item.
Please note that Romina Couture does not offer direct exchanges. Customers must return the damaged, defective, or incorrect item first, and once the return is processed and approved, they may place a new order for the replacement product.

Free Returns
Eligible orders with a total value of $39.99 or more (before tax) shipped within Canada or the United States qualify for free return shipping. For orders below this amount, or for returns originating from other international destinations, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost when submitting a return request. Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
