Return & Refunds

We offer a hassle free Return & Refund Policy to ensure customer satisfaction. However, to maintain a fair shopping environment, we monitor return patterns and reserve the right to take action in cases of excessive or suspicious returns.

• Customers may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, following our standard Return & Refund Policy.
• Excessive returns beyond a reasonable threshold may be subject to additional return processing fees.
• A $19.99 processing fee per return may apply to customers who exceed the standard return limit, as determined by their purchase and return history.
• Customers subject to this fee will receive an email notification at checkout and on the returns page.

Unusual Return Activity

To protect against fraud and misuse of our Return & Refund Policy, Romina Couture reserves the right to take action in cases of suspicious activity, including but not limited to:

• Worn or Used Items: Returning items that show signs of wear or use beyond simply trying them on.
• Excessive Returns: Consistently purchasing and returning items at an unusually high rate.
• Item Discrepancies: returning items that do not match the original order or attempting to return counterfeit products.

If we detect such patterns, we may:

• Issue a warning regarding excessive or suspicious returns.
• Restrict or suspend the customer's account from making future purchases.
• Refuse future returns and refunds.
• Take legal action if fraudulent activity is confirmed.

Account Restrictions & Appeals

If your account is affected by our Fair Use Policy, you will be notified via email. If you believe an error has occurred, you may contact our Customer Support Team through return@rominacouture.ca to appeal the decision and discuss your account status.
